Last month Yours Sincerely ( Y s ) blogged about the demise of "Pinchy," the familys 's pet dog, a Dobberman Pincher. It was a small dog but it leaves a big absence. Y S misses his welcome shrill barks when the auto gate opens. His intensive peep into the house when Y S opened the back door. He deserves a corner of the garden to be his resting place. to

Hi Thomas, sorry to hear about Pinchy. I know how you feel. My dog Scott just passed away, and until now I still miss him. I'm lighting a candle for Pinchy in the Rainbow Bridge and I hope Scott and Pinchy will meet.

Wonder how you got over their passing over. Decided not to keep dogs anymore. The memory is too bitter.

Pinchy left a big memory. I am reluctant to start another "relationship" with a pet.
